The McLeod Building
The McLeod Building is an historic building located on a prominent corner in downtown Edmonton. Originally completed in 1915, at 9 floors it was Edmonton’s tallest skyscraper until 1951. Designated a Provincial Historic Resource in1995 and a Municipal Historic Resource in 2001, it was purchased by Edmonton architect Eugene Dub in 1999. A massive restoration project followed which induced converting it into high end condos.
