MEM was pleased to be the electrical contractor for Grey’s Paper Recycling Industries, a paper and glass recycling plant located on 7 acres in the Clover Bar Waste Management Centre. This is the first facility of its kind, producing paper products from waste paper and cotton without using any new materials or harsh chemicals.

The 60,000 sq. ft. plant consists of two energy-efficient monolithic domes connected by a cylindrical office block 80 feet long. The paper production dome is 253 feet wide and 85 feet high, making it currently the largest commercial/industrial monolithic dome in North America.
