This 106,600 square foot multi family residence provides affordable housing to the Fort McMurray community. The facility is comprised of two 4-storey buildings constructed out of wood-framed modules that were built in Lethbridge, Alberta, then trucked to Fort McMurray and erected on site using a large crane. All other construction including site services and foundations took place while the modules were being built in the factory. Once modules arrived on site, they were erected within a five week period.
