For the past 5 years our company has been providing design and project management services for the renovations and new construction to an existing light industrial manufacturing complex. Over these years we have employed a number of electrical contracting firms. We have been utilizing the services of Muth Electrical Management Inc. for the past 2 years. The scope of electrical work encompasses both designs built systems for equipment as well as more traditional electrical services.

It is the policy of our firm to tender out work whenever possible lo ensure our clients of competitive pricing. Other then the design built systems where tendering is not practical we have found Muth Electrical management Inc. to be very cost effective and competitive.

In considering the overall performance of Muth Electrical Management Inc. over the past 2 years I would comment as follows:

PERFORMANCE:

Tn an environment where client requirements are constantly evolving and changing while completion deadlines remain fixed: Don, Craig and their staff have been stellar performers. They have never missed a deadline and what is more important they have never said/ ^can't be done " no matter how impossible the deadline.

Attitude:

Muth Electrical Management Inc. has consistently brought a positive attitude to the workplace, both in ensuring that my company and ultimately the client are satisfied. We have been constantly faced with compressed deadlines and faced with having several trades working together simultaneously. I have found Don and his staff to be exceptional team players in this respect; able to rise above the pettiness of some trades, well organized/ always willing to work around other trades and always working towards the best interests of the project. This company is truly a joy to work with.

Much of the work is done during business hours. A testament to Don's staff and attitude is that we have not had a single complaint in the past 2 years from any of our client's staff. Muth Electrical Management Inc. has maintained a consistent standard of ensuring a safe, dean workplace free of hazards to our client's staff while being able to complete their work with a minimum of disruption to the day to day operations of the facility.

CAPABILITIES:

Several of the projects we have undertaken have involved the design and development of new equipment and processes. Both our company and our client's technical staff have found Muth Electrical Management Inc. to certainly be an asset in this respect. They are a positive, willing and knowledgeable contributor to the design team. I have only experienced co-operation and patience in our requests to provide numerous costing options assessments of alternative electrical system designs and on-site design changes. I would also note that apart from our client's own technical staff the independent electrical consultants we have retained have all expressed satisfaction with Muth Electrical Management Inc. capabilities.
